Shipping policy

*Note: Due to problems with the coronavirus, all shipments may be delayed due to emails and companies outside of us, this delay will not be a major cause reason for cancelling orders once they have already been processed, we are sorry for the inconvenience and we hope that you understand the situation that is being lived not only in PR/US but around the world. Orders are safe and will reach the end customer. All our orders are processed the same day they are handled on our website, unless the order has been registered on a public holiday or weekend, in which case it will be processed the next business day. We always guarantee the delivery of your order, but promotions and special offers may be delayed due to the high demand for our products. Once the order has been verified, it is processed within 1/6 days and sent to the delivery address. All our products leave our facilities 1/6 days after placing the order. We ship to all countries by boat, allowing us to offer an international service.

Estimated average times:

Normally: 7-21 days depends on the demand for products…. In specific cases, by high demand (Black Friday, Black Monday, Christmas, etc…) or logistics issues, shipping can take 3 to 6 weeks. Having a margin of 50 days for the product to arrive, if not you can proceed with the refund for lost/unsent order. All our shipments are insured and have a tracking number that can facilitate the delivery of your order.

Consider:

*If the customer does not put the correct address on the order and does not notify us minutes after the order (before the shipment and package is processed) and the package cannot be delivered as the incorrect address is present, there will be no option to refund and a next shipment of said package will be borne by the customer and buyer.

*In case at the time of delivery of the order the customer cannot be contacted, the customer is notified by mailbox and if in X days the package of the notified office is not collected, it will be forwarded to the factory again having lost said package without option to refund.

*In case the shipment has already been made it will not be possible to change the delivery address since the shipments are under the delivery of third-party companies TACTICAL FORCE , and we do not have the power to change the delivery address once the order has been shipped from the warehouse, so the customer is responsible for the loss of package in case they have not indicated the correct address, has been changed from home or similar. Factors such as logistical delays and customs clearance can affect the estimated delivery time. TACTICAL FORCE is not responsible under any circumstances for the taxes, fees or tariffs applied to the shipment or tariffs that can be applied at customs for the purchased package, so the responsible will be the buyer and customer of TACTICAL FORCE providing the required value at customs without being able to process return. Our products come from China, any design used is registered and any resemblance to another brand is mere coincidence. We do not sell any brand, and we do not include any logos on our products.

*Any return for whatever reason the cost of shipping back to the warehouses is at the customer’s request. ( We will pay for the shipment of such change for the product to return to the buyer).

*By purchasing on our website you accept all the terms mentioned so if they are fulfilled no refund can be processed.
