    The order arrived in 15 days, I’m from Romania. I ordered two lighters, booth in brand new condition. They also came with a ciggar filter as a gift I guess, booth came with their own usb cables. I tested to see if they are waterproof, no water gets inside if you have the safety latch in place. Very happy, the plastic doesn’t feel cheap and has that “grippy” feeling to it.
